Clean San Pedro

Taking pride in where you
live means more than just an address. It
means neighbors tackling problems together, and in San Pedro,
it means taking on a job that no one else wanted. Clean
San Pedro isn’t a city government project. When
everyday members of the community saw trash and graffiti
marring City streets, they realized no one else was going
to take the responsibility to make San Pedro clean again.
We live, shop, play, and
send our children to school in San Pedro. And every part of it should be safe and
clean. Clean San Pedro takes on this challenge, and
organizes volunteers so community teams are working six days
a week keeping San Pedro looking great. Clean San Pedro
is a non-profit organization, it’s neighbor alongside
neighbor, it’s friend alongside friend. And everyone
is encouraged to join the effort to keep our City as beautiful
as the people who live here.
The Clean San Pedro program consists of:
- Trash, Litter and Debris - Patrol all
areas to pick up and dispose of trash, litter and debris
on sidewalks and in street curbs.
- Weed Patrol and Removal - Patrol all
areas and remove weeds from sidewalks, curbs and around
storm drains.
- Street Light Poles, Sign Poles, and Traffic Signal
